Request Arrowbound data deletion

Last updated: September 23, 2026

Use this page to ask NR Games to delete identifiable Arrowbound server data, support correspondence or an Arrowbound account if one exists. You do not need to install the game or sign in to submit a request. Requests are handled by email; this is not an automatic deletion tool.

Send a deletion request

Email rajeshnalla96@gmail.com with the subject Arrowbound data deletion request.

Open an email request

If an email app does not open, copy the address into your usual email service. Sending the email submits your request.

Delete an optional cloud account in the game

Google Play Games sign-in and Firebase cloud saves are optional and may differ by game version and service availability. If available, open Cloud save → Delete Arrowbound cloud account and authenticate again. This deletes the signed-in Arrowbound account's cloud save and Firebase Authentication account.

Your local progress, settings, portrait and earned coins stay on your device. Cloud account deletion does not delete your Google account, separate guest multiplayer records or financial records. A minimal private security record remains as explained below. If deletion is interrupted or only partly completes, retry after authenticating again or email support. You can also request cloud account deletion by email without access to the game.

What to include

Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card details, purchase tokens or multiplayer reconnection tokens. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the data belongs to you.

What happens next

NR Games will review the request, identify the relevant records and confirm the outcome by email. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If verification or an applicable legal exception affects the request, we will explain it in our response.

We delete identifiable records covered by the request, such as the anonymous multiplayer allowance/earned-coin profile, identifiable reward records, multiplayer identity and progress records, your own multiplayer safety profile (including your block list and nickname-rule acceptance), and support correspondence. Where an Arrowbound cloud account exists, a request to delete it covers its Firebase Authentication account and associated cloud save, including progress, settings, your saved nickname, your chosen built-in portrait and earned coins. The advertising age band is stored only on your device and is not part of the cloud save; Arrowbound does not ask for or store your date of birth. Guest multiplayer uses a separate anonymous profile and does not create a Google account.

After cloud account deletion, we retain a minimal private deletion record keyed to the former Firebase account ID and containing only the server-recorded deletion time. It prevents old sign-in credentials from recreating that account's cloud save. This security record has no scheduled expiry and does not contain your saved game.

Other information may be retained only when necessary for an unresolved dispute, security investigation or legal obligation, including transaction records that must be kept where purchases are available. If another exception applies, we will explain what must be retained, why and the applicable retention period. We cannot delete another player's independently held screenshots or your Google account. Google's own records are governed by its services and policies.

Nickname reports are normally eligible for deletion after 90 days, including reviewed reports. They may remain after a guest-profile deletion to support abuse review, unless a verified request or applicable requirement calls for earlier removal. A report contains private hashed player references, the reported nickname, room and match references, a fixed report reason, review status and timestamps. Another player's block list may retain a hashed reference to a deleted guest identity; it does not contain the deleted player's nickname or saved game. Cloud account deletion alone does not remove these separate guest multiplayer records.

Remove data stored on your device

On Android, open the device's app settings, choose Arrowbound, then use Storage → Clear storage (names vary by device). This resets local progress, earned coins and settings. Clearing the cache alone does not remove your save. Uninstalling may leave an operating-system backup; check your device's backup settings if you also want that removed.

On Windows, contact support for help locating the local Arrowbound save. Clearing local data does not send a server-deletion request. Likewise, deleting server data does not remotely clear a save on your device.

The anonymous profile that stores your race allowance and cumulative coin rewards does not expire with a room. A verified request to delete all multiplayer data includes this profile. Reward challenges and receipts are normally eligible for cleanup after seven days. Deleting the server profile does not remotely erase earned coins already saved on your device.

Routine multiplayer expiry

Rooms normally expire after one hour without activity; guest sessions after 24 hours; admission-budget records after two days. Expired records are eligible for daily cleanup, which may be delayed. You can still send a request rather than waiting for routine cleanup. See the privacy policy for the full explanation.
