Open Multiplayer, create a room and choose a size from two to ten players. Share the room code with your friends. They choose Join with code. The host can start when the group is ready; the room does not have to be full.
How does Quick Match work?
Quick Match has up to four players and starts automatically after its countdown. Computer-controlled opponents can fill quiet rooms. Each participant solves the same puzzle, and standings show arrows and red arrows released.
What happens after my three free races?
Your free races reset daily at 00:00 UTC. When available, a completed and verified rewarded video unlocks one extra race. You can continue with solo puzzles while waiting for your next daily allowance.
Why can I not join a room?
Check the room code, your internet connection and whether the room has already started or is full. If a connection briefly drops, keep the game open while it tries to reconnect. A room that has expired needs to be created again.
Can I change my nickname, portrait or language?
Before joining a room, tap your profile on the main menu or Multiplayer screen. Edit your nickname, choose from twelve built-in portraits and six frames, then save your profile. Nicknames are shown to other players and must follow the in-game rules. Your choices are saved on your device. Language and sound options are available in Settings.
How do purchases and restores work?
Coin packs and permanent unlocks are in internal testing and may not be available in your version. When offered, Google Play manages checkout and shows the price before you buy. Sign in to the same Play Games account to restore purchased coins and permanent ownership on another device.
What happens if a purchase is refunded?
A refunded coin pack removes its remaining purchased coins. If some were spent, the shortfall must be settled before you can spend purchased coins again; later purchased credits may cover it. A refunded permanent product no longer provides ownership through that purchase. Earned coins and free play are unchanged.
Is the game available on Google Play yet?
Arrowbound is being prepared for release. We will add an official store link to the game page when it is available. Purchase availability depends on your game version and Google Play; internal tests do not mean public checkout is live.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Go to the Arrowbound data deletion page. If you have the game, Settings → Privacy & support → Copy player ID provides the public identifier that helps locate your multiplayer allowance and rewards. Never send the secret profile credential. You can email a request without signing in or reinstalling the game. Read more about the information used by the game in the privacy policy.
