Tileheaven account and data deletion
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This page covers Tileheaven (com.nrgames.tileheaven) by NR Games (Nalla Rajesh). You can request deletion whether or not the game is still installed.
Request deletion by email
Email nrgamesofficial@gmail.com with the subject Tileheaven data deletion request. Tell us whether you want to delete your Tileheaven cloud account and save, support correspondence, or both.
- Include your Tileheaven nickname, if you used one, and whether you previously connected Google Play Games.
- For a cloud request, tell us which Google Play Games account you used, with its player name or sign-in email if known. These details help locate your request but may not be sufficient to verify ownership.
- If you are requesting deletion of support messages, contact us from the email address used for those messages where possible.
We will use your request to identify the relevant records and may ask for additional information to verify ownership. You do not need to know a Firebase identifier or reinstall the game to begin a request. Do not send your password, sign-in code, authentication token or payment-card information.
What the request covers
A verified cloud-account deletion request covers the Tileheaven Firebase Authentication account and its Cloud Firestore saved game, including the nickname, selected country, progress and purchase/reward ledger stored in that save. Support correspondence can be requested separately. There is currently no in-game cloud-account deletion button.
We will explain what can be removed and any records that must be retained for legal, security, refund or dispute purposes when responding. This page does not promise a fixed completion period or automatic deletion of third-party records. If you connect and upload again after deletion, a new Tileheaven cloud account or save may be created.
Remove local progress
On Android, open your device's Settings → Apps → Tileheaven → Storage and use the option to clear app data/storage. Menu names vary by device. Clearing storage removes the game's local progress and settings; this can be permanent if you have no usable backup.
Uninstalling or clearing local storage does not delete a cloud save, Firebase account, previous support emails or Google Play purchase history. Conversely, deleting a cloud account does not erase copies of progress that remain on your devices. To remove both, request cloud deletion and clear local storage on each device.
Cloud disconnect, notifications and other providers
- Disconnect: ends cloud access in the game but keeps existing local progress and previously saved cloud data.
- Notifications: switch them off in the game's notification settings or block them in Android settings. The game blocks display locally and attempts Firebase unregistration; provider cleanup can depend on connectivity and provider retention.
- Advertising and purchases: Android advertising controls and your Google account settings provide separate controls for Google's data. A Tileheaven deletion request does not delete your Google account or necessarily erase purchase records retained by Google.
Read the Tileheaven privacy policy for data categories, providers and retention information. If you need help making a request, contact rajeshnalla96@gmail.com.
