Tileheaven terms of use

These terms apply to Tileheaven (com.nrgames.tileheaven) provided by NR Games (Nalla Rajesh). Use the game lawfully and respect the applicable Google Play terms. If local law requires a parent or guardian's permission, obtain that permission before playing.
Local play and optional online features
Online features are restricted to profiles that confirm adult eligibility (18 or older). Other profiles remain in local play. Feature availability depends on your device, game version, region and the relevant platform services. Do not bypass eligibility or service restrictions.
Local progress is stored on your device. Optional cloud backup requires explicit sign-in and manual action; read the displayed save choices before replacing progress. Separate saves are not merged. Cloud backup is currently unavailable on Google Play Games on PC. Keep a usable backup before clearing storage or changing devices; lost local progress may be unrecoverable.
Digital items, purchases and advertising
Available purchases and prices are presented through Google Play. Digital items are for use in Tileheaven and have no cash or transferable value. Consumables are used during gameplay. Google Play processes payments and applicable refund requests; your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Remove Ads removes banners, interstitials and app-open ads while leaving optional rewarded offers available. Rewarded offers depend on ad availability and completion confirmation. Never pay again solely because an earlier purchase appears delayed; contact support first.
Fair use and ownership
NR Games and its licensors retain rights in the game, artwork and other content. You may use the game for personal entertainment. Do not interfere with services, misuse authentication, exploit purchases or rewards, or infringe others' rights.
Service changes and support
We may update the game and its available features. Network and third-party service interruptions may affect online features. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
