Tileheaven privacy policy

NR Games, operated by Nalla Rajesh in India, provides Tileheaven (com.nrgames.tileheaven). This policy covers Tileheaven and these Tileheaven website pages. It describes features where available in your game version and on your device.

Information stored on your device

Tileheaven stores game progress, completed levels, coins and items, themes, purchase and reward records, daily-reward information, your chosen nickname, country, avatar and frame, and game settings. These support gameplay and prevent the same purchase or reward being applied twice. Use a nickname rather than a real name.

The age check saves only a local eligibility category. The entered age is not retained or sent to our online services, and the game does not ask for your date of birth. Your selected country is a profile choice, not a GPS reading.

Optional cloud save and sign-in

Eligible adults can choose Connect to sign in with Google Play Games. Google Play Games provides an authentication credential to Firebase Authentication, which assigns an account identifier used to associate your saved game with you. We do not receive your Google password.

When you choose to upload a backup, Cloud Firestore stores a complete game-save snapshot, including your chosen nickname and country, avatar and frame, level progress, balances, owned themes, daily activity and reward information, and product, transaction and entitlement records. The save also contains an account identifier, save version, revision identifiers and a server update time. It is associated with your account and is not a public player profile.

Cloud backup is a manual feature. It does not automatically upload a guest save or combine balances from different devices. You choose which complete save to use when needed. Disconnecting leaves local progress in place and does not delete a previous cloud backup or Firebase account. A request already accepted by the server may finish after you disconnect.

The current game-save database is hosted in Mumbai, India. Google may process authentication, connection, security and service information in other locations. Cloud save is unavailable on Google Play Games on PC; progress on that platform remains local.

Optional notifications

Notifications are off until an eligible adult enables them and grants the device permission where required. Firebase Cloud Messaging uses installation and registration identifiers and a topic corresponding to your selected game language to deliver game reminders and updates. This option is separate from cloud sign-in. The notification feature does not upload your game-save snapshot.

You can switch notifications off in the game or block them in Android settings. The game stops displaying them locally and attempts to unsubscribe and unregister with Firebase when possible. A network failure can delay server-side unregistration. Disabling notifications does not delete your cloud save or instantly erase all provider records.

Advertising and privacy choices

Adult online play may display Google AdMob banner, interstitial, rewarded and app-open ads. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) obtains advertising consent information and displays a consent message where required before ad requests. Where available, open Ad privacy choices in Settings to review your choices. An ad may still be shown in a limited or non-personalized form where permitted; consent choices determine the applicable processing.

Google's advertising services may process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, advertising and app-set identifiers and applicable account identifiers, app and ad interactions, and performance and diagnostic information. This supports ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Tileheaven does not request access to your precise device location or GPS. Advertising-related processing is described in Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure and Google's privacy policy.

Ad personalization depends on your consent, device settings and available ad services. You can also use Android's advertising-ID controls. Purchasing Remove Ads removes banner, interstitial and app-open ads; optional rewarded-ad offers remain available only when you choose them.

Optional purchases

Eligible adults may buy available digital items through Google Play Billing. Google handles checkout and payment details; NR Games does not receive your payment-card number. The game processes product identifiers, transaction and receipt information, purchase status and entitlements to validate and deliver purchases, restore eligible purchases and avoid duplicate grants. Purchase and entitlement records stored in local progress are included if you choose to upload that save to the cloud.

Providers, website visits and support

We use information to operate the game, save and restore progress, authenticate optional accounts, deliver opted-in notifications, process purchases and rewards, prevent abuse and respond to support or privacy requests. Google advertising services also use the data described above for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention.

These Tileheaven website pages do not add advertising or analytics scripts. The current Tileheaven integration does not use Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics for game analytics or crash reporting. This does not prevent the necessary service or advertising diagnostics described above.

Retention, access and deletion

• Local progress: stays on your device until deleted, for example by clearing the game's app storage. This may permanently remove progress that has not been backed up.
• Cloud save and Firebase account: have no scheduled automatic expiry in the current implementation. A cloud save remains until replaced or deleted; uninstalling or disconnecting does not remove it.
• Notification and provider records: follow the provider's applicable retention and deletion practices. Turning a feature off stops future use as described above, rather than guaranteeing immediate erasure of every historical record.
• Support and purchase-related records: may be retained to handle your request, refunds, disputes, security or applicable obligations. You may ask us to delete support correspondence; any necessary retention exception will be explained when responding.

Use the Tileheaven account and data deletion page to request deletion of an identifiable Firebase account and cloud save or support correspondence. You can also request access or correction. We may need information to verify ownership. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details or authentication tokens. Deleting Tileheaven data does not delete your Google account or automatically remove Google's purchase or advertising records.

Security, younger players and updates

Online service connections use encrypted transport and cloud-save access is restricted to the signed-in owner. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. Your information may be processed outside your country by the providers listed above.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through an online feature or support message, contact us so we can investigate and handle a deletion request. We update this policy and its date when our practices change.
